Corporate Counsel will advise HR and senior leadership on employment, corporate, regulatory, compliance, litigation, intellectual property, marketing communications, policies, and commercial contracts. The role manages disputes, legal holds, trademark matters, corporate policies, and contract risks while coordinating with outside counsel and cross-functional teams. Candidates must provide strategic legal guidance, monitor regulatory developments, and support ethical, compliant business operations.

Provides executive support to 2–3 senior leaders, coordinates Board and governance activities, manages confidential information, and serves as backup to the Executive Operations Manager. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel coordination, meeting preparation, project and action-item tracking, cross-functional coordination, process improvement, and operational decision-making for Executive Office continuity.

Leads hands-on design, development, testing, and production delivery of generative and agentic AI solutions. Builds RAG, automation, knowledge retrieval, developer productivity, and IT operations capabilities; integrates AI with enterprise systems, APIs, data, and cloud services. Ensures security, privacy, observability, evaluation, scalability, and operational readiness while mentoring engineers, documenting reusable patterns, and coordinating technical delivery across architecture, infrastructure, security, data, and business teams.

Lead the enterprise AI Systems Governance Program across multiple insurance carriers. Oversee AI risk assessment, classification, approval, monitoring, model performance, bias detection, vendor AI governance, incident management, and regulatory readiness. Provide broader oversight of cybersecurity governance, data privacy, IT controls, audit preparation, and technology risk reporting. Lead the governance team, collaborate with executive committees and business units, and establish consistent responsible AI practices across member organizations.

Lead infrastructure operations for production AI solutions, translating AI designs into cloud, networking, security, observability, capacity, and operational requirements. Coordinate AWS managed services, infrastructure changes, production readiness, monitoring, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis. Establish reusable infrastructure patterns, dashboards, runbooks, SLIs, SLOs, and governance controls while monitoring AI quality, reliability, cost, drift, and performance.

Leads end-to-end solution design and technical delivery across enterprise insurance applications, including policy administration, billing, ECM, and underwriting systems. Guides development teams, validates technical designs, drives integration consistency, partners with business and architecture stakeholders, mitigates technical risk, and improves system reliability, scalability, and technical quality.

Serves as the first point of contact for customers, agents, and third parties through phone and email. Processes commercial billing requests, claims, policy verifications, and related transactions; researches issues, ensures accuracy, assists with policy and account systems, and coordinates with internal departments to resolve questions. Meets team metrics and service standards, supports special projects, and completes an extensive six-month training program.
