This role focuses on sourcing and engaging candidates, managing client interviews, developing candidate pipelines, and driving business development through client engagement and relationship building.

Conduct a full audit of I-9 records including international documentation, manage state (MSDE) compliance data, use ADP and Workday for HRIS reporting and data cleanup, support high-touch onboarding during peak season, and assess project scope and timelines.

Provide confidential administrative support including calendar management, call and email screening, proofreading and editing correspondence, handling sensitive mail, preparing expense documentation and authorization forms, and other clerical duties while meeting tight deadlines.

Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits and payroll support, HRIS (Paylocity) administration, reporting, employee relations, training coordination, and HR operational improvements for a remote workforce.
