Manages marketing projects from requirements gathering through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, scope, schedules, budgets, and success metrics. Coordinates Marketing, Creative, Design, and Digital teams; manages workflows, risks, stakeholders, vendors, status reporting, and change requests. Uses project management tools to create schedules and track milestones, dependencies, and resources. Provides consultative project management support to business owners and leadership.

Oversee nonprofit program operations, policies, workflows, intake, service delivery, reporting, budgets, and technology improvements. Manage the Community Partner Program, including grants, renewals, reporting, payments, and partner relationships. Build healthcare and community referral networks, lead outreach, support grant applications, and track outcomes. Supervise the Program Coordinator while collaborating with operations, development, and marketing teams in a fully remote environment.

Coordinate healthcare, life insurance, pension, and retirement plan transactions. Provide benefits support to employees, retirees, and beneficiaries through phone, email, and in-person consultations. Review cases for accuracy and compliance, collaborate with HR teams and healthcare vendors, resolve inquiries, and protect sensitive personal, medical, and financial information.
