Develop and execute system-level test plans for mission-critical software, telecommunications infrastructure, networks, and integrated hardware/software systems. Perform functional, performance, reliability, security, environmental, and customer acceptance testing; manage test environments; document defects; analyze results; support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; and communicate technical findings to engineering teams, customers, and partners. Travel up to 30% for customer-site testing, implementation, and troubleshooting.

Develop customer-facing technical solutions for mission-critical communications environments, including airport towers, advanced air mobility, and maritime applications. Gather requirements, design system architectures, prepare cost estimates and proposals, deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, and support RFP/RFQ responses. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Program Management to ensure feasible solutions and successful implementation. Provide competitive, market, and customer feedback to guide future product capabilities. Domestic and occasional international travel is required.

Oversee nonprofit program operations, policies, workflows, intake, service delivery, reporting, budgets, and technology improvements. Manage the Community Partner Program, including grants, renewals, reporting, payments, and partner relationships. Build healthcare and community referral networks, lead outreach, support grant applications, and track outcomes. Supervise the Program Coordinator while collaborating with operations, development, and marketing teams in a fully remote environment.
