Coordinate HR operations including onboarding, employee records, payroll handoffs, benefits enrollment, PTO tracking, invoicing, billing records, recruiting communications, employee engagement programs, office administration, and executive support. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and ATS platforms.

This role focuses on sourcing and engaging candidates, managing client interviews, developing candidate pipelines, and driving business development through client engagement and relationship building.

Conduct a full audit of I-9 records including international documentation, manage state (MSDE) compliance data, use ADP and Workday for HRIS reporting and data cleanup, support high-touch onboarding during peak season, and assess project scope and timelines.
