Manages client relationships and PR account workstreams for technology clients, overseeing timelines, budgets, deliverables, media relations, content development, and strategic communications recommendations. Coordinates internal teams and vendors, maintains media relationships, reviews content quality, and mentors junior staff. The role requires strong corporate communications, project management, client service, and bilingual English-Chinese communication skills, with experience supporting B2B technology or integrated communications accounts.

Lead multi-account technology PR and integrated communications programs from strategy through execution. Manage client relationships, media and industry engagement, digital and social communications, timelines, budgets, KPIs, and team development. Develop positioning, go-to-market strategies, thought leadership, press materials, presentations, and campaign proposals in Korean and English. Support account growth, business development, and high-quality delivery in a fast-paced international agency environment.

Owns end-to-end HR and people operations for Korea, partnering with leadership on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, engagement, compensation, benefits, compliance, HR metrics, and organizational effectiveness. The role also supports office administration, employee experience, cross-training, and collaboration with regional People & Culture and Operations teams. Fluency in Korean and English is required, along with strong communication, planning, negotiation, and HR leadership skills.
