Leads APAC financial operations, accounting, FP&A, reporting, controls, and business partnering. Oversees regional and local finance teams, strengthens governance, develops talent, and supports strategic decision-making through financial insights. Partners with leadership on planning, KPIs, profitability, risk, and cost optimization. Coordinates with global finance on consolidation, treasury, and tax matters. Leads adoption and optimization of a global ERP system while standardizing processes and improving finance capabilities across Asia Pacific markets.

Leads Japan finance strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, revenue management, pricing, contract reviews, and net working capital optimization. Partners with business, operations, and regional finance teams to translate financial data into actionable decisions, strengthen controls, ensure compliance, improve workflows, and support finance transformation and system enhancements. Requires fluent Japanese and English communication and strong analytical, commercial, and collaboration skills.

Lead integrated marketing and communications strategies across Southeast Asia, advise senior clients, align regional campaigns, manage complex workstreams, shape executive narratives, build media and creator partnerships, analyze campaign performance, support new business, and mentor account teams. The role requires strategic storytelling, senior stakeholder influence, multi-market program leadership, strong writing, media relations, and cross-cultural collaboration.
