Engage and re-engage people living with HIV (PLWH) into medical care through outreach, assessment, linkage, field visits, individual and group interventions, crisis support, documentation, and collaboration with clinic teams to reduce lapses in care.

Oversee referral authorization department: manage and train staff, approve schedules/timekeeping, monitor referral and prior authorization turnaround and conversion rates, streamline SOPs, ensure documentation meets insurer billing and regulatory standards, communicate with providers and staff, and produce routine reports.

Oversee daily operation and management of clinic programs and support services, ensure regulatory and payer compliance, supervise multidisciplinary staff, manage EHR/data systems and finances, lead quality improvement, emergency preparedness, community outreach, and collaborate with senior leadership on program development and grants.

Provide nursing case management for HIV/AIDS patients: complete assessments, develop individualized care plans, intake, document care, consult with physicians, provide education, process refills, track data, participate in QA and team meetings, ensure policy compliance.

Lead HR functions including talent acquisition, benefits administration, project coordination, compliance, and employee engagement. Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals. On-site position.
