Provide administrative and HR support for a busy restaurant: handle onboarding (I-9/E-Verify), ADP data entry, payroll distributions, POS adjustments, office management, safe counts, invoice and bank tasks, lost-and-found, scheduling communications, and general phone/employee support. Ensure paperwork, supplies, and daily accounting tasks are completed accurately.

Accept, inspect, and organize incoming food, beverage, and supply deliveries. Verify items against purchase orders, label/date per FIFO, store safely, maintain storage cleanliness, assist inventory counts, communicate delivery issues, and handle damaged or spoiled goods.

Entertain guests in a 1950s-themed diner by greeting patrons, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, performing short 1950s song numbers while working, maintaining cleanliness, upselling, and contributing to a friendly team atmosphere. Training provided.

Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts, perform bank and intercompany reconciliations, income audits, sales tax and other accounting tasks. Ensure accurate posting of debits/credits and support miscellaneous accounting duties for multiple companies.

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, manage social media and online reputation, create visual promotional content, track and report campaign performance, maintain digital marketing calendar and budget, and optimize website/backend and ad placements to generate leads.

Support venue entertainment by building sets/props, assisting setup and strike for shows and events, maintaining musician green room, occasionally running audio and lighting, and aiding off-season maintenance.
