Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure high-quality guest experiences. Manage scheduling, hiring, onboarding, training, employee records, labor and operational costs, inventory needs, and opening/closing duties.

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming food, beverage, and supply deliveries. Verify against purchase orders, label and date products (FIFO), store items safely, maintain storage cleanliness, assist inventory counts, report discrepancies to kitchen staff and vendors, dispose of spoiled items, and operate pallet jacks or dollies as needed.

Prepare milkshakes, malts, floats, sundaes, and cold beverages to brand standards; maintain shake station cleanliness, restock supplies, coordinate with staff, handle transactions, follow food safety, and assist with other restaurant tasks.
