Coordinates person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include developing service plans, coordinating referrals, monitoring providers and client satisfaction, maintaining documentation, providing family training and crisis intervention, conducting outreach, completing assessments and audits, delivering community education, and collaborating with families and service teams. The role requires community-based work, regular documentation, ongoing training, and flexible scheduling that may include evenings or weekends.

Provides peer support to individuals receiving community mental health services through the ACT Program. Uses personal recovery experience to promote recovery, independence, wellness, education, employment, and community resource access. Facilitates workshops, support groups, and recovery activities; engages consumers in home and community settings; collaborates with the ACT team; and assists with overcoming barriers to managing mental illness. Requires a Michigan Peer Support Specialist certification and a valid chauffeur’s license.

Provide psychiatric evaluation, treatment, medication management, hospital-placement assessments, and treatment oversight for adult clients. Participate in intake and treatment-review meetings, collaborate with staff and providers, supervise psychiatry residents, develop training programs, and complete clinical documentation. The role is full-time and on-site, with occasional evenings and Saturdays as departmental needs require.

Supervises clinical and program staff serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include crisis management, treatment-record review, staff training, waiver compliance, quality improvement, case consultation, service coordination, documentation, budgeting support, and adherence to person-centered planning. The role also assesses client and community needs, monitors psychiatric and case-management services, and manages hiring, scheduling, performance evaluation, and staff discipline.
