The Guidance Center

Kanza Mental Health & Guidance Center is a nonprofit community behavioral-health provider serving rural northeast Kansas, including Brown, Doniphan, Jackson, and Nemaha counties. It offers compassionate mental-health, substance-use, crisis, and community-based services, with a mission to inspire hope and support the community through accessible, affordable care. Licensed by Kansas since 1963, the organization has served local communities for more than six decades.
