Supervise and coordinate packing line operations to meet production targets, quality and GMP standards. Allocate staff, manage start-ups, monitor productivity and downtime, report faults, train team members, complete documentation, and liaise with Quality, Logistics and Management.

Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices, reconcile and maintain customer accounts, allocate payments, monitor and pursue aged debt, post cash receipts, assist month-end close, produce debtor reports, ensure internal control compliance, and support audits and cross-team collaboration.

Create accurate demand forecasts and production plans, coordinate crop allocation, monitor yields and stock, produce planning and performance reports, and collaborate with growing, packhouse, logistics and commercial teams to minimise waste and ensure customer service levels.
