Manage full sales cycle, qualify opportunities, build client relationships, collaborate with design and production teams, maintain CRM and forecasts, meet sales targets, represent the company at industry events, and identify repeat and cross-sell opportunities.

Provide executive-level administrative and office management support to the CEO, handle client queries, manage contracts and vendor files, coordinate HR/visa documentation, maintain calendars, draft correspondence and reports, and support insurance operations and portals while liaising with IT and external service providers.

Lead B2B sales for corporate gifting, hospitality and wholesale across UAE/GCC. Manage full sales cycle, develop new accounts, grow retail/wholesale partnerships, drive proposals, negotiate contracts, maintain CRM and forecasts, coordinate delivery with operations and represent the brand at events and trade shows.
