Uses AI tools, digital platforms, LinkedIn, job portals, ATS systems, and online sourcing methods to identify executive-level opportunities across the UAE and GCC. Responsibilities include tailoring applications, researching employers, connecting with recruiters, tracking applications and follow-ups, and improving recruitment workflows through automation. Requires at least three years of talent acquisition or sourcing experience, strong AI tool proficiency, excellent written English, attention to detail, and independent execution.

Manage development of a hotel project in Southern Italy from a Milan base. Coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, suppliers, authorities, and hotel operators; track schedules, budgets, risks, quality, documentation, permits, procurement, site activities, completion, handover, and pre-opening requirements. The role serves as the primary project representative and stakeholder coordinator, requiring hospitality development knowledge, Italian market awareness, strong communication, and travel to the project site as needed.

Lead the group’s legal function across the UAE, UK, and other jurisdictions. Manage acquisitions, disposals, mergers, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance, compliance, regulatory risk, commercial contracts, disputes, and external counsel. Establish legal templates, processes, and standards; manage legal budgets; and recruit and develop the legal team. Advise the CEO and Board while supporting the group’s investment and acquisition strategy.
