Entry-level showroom sales trainee to learn decorative plumbing and fixture products, sales and customer service skills, order entry and inventory systems, and Specbook. Shadow showroom staff, meet manufacturers, generate quotes, follow up with customers and contractors, support project timelines, and participate in training and marketing events. Promotion to senior sales status with commission opportunities after demonstrating proficiency.

18-month rotational Sales and Management Traineeship exposing participants to inside sales, HVAC design, counter, warehouse, distribution, retail (Ultimate Bath), and business support. Trainees learn inventory, customer service, and cross-functional operations to prepare for sales or management roles at The Granite Group.

Develop and grow a sales territory by calling prospective customers, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales and gross margin targets. Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, leverage product expertise in plumbing, heating and industrial supplies, and use computer tools to manage sales activities.

18-month rotational trainee program exposing recent graduates to sales and branch operations including inside sales, HVAC design, counter, warehouse, distribution, retail stores, and business support. Prepares participants for sales or management roles through cross-functional experience, mentorship, and hands-on training.

Serve customers by answering calls, pricing, preparing quotations, checking inventory, entering orders/credits/backorders, following up on inquiries, and promoting products. Support Senior Inside Sales Representatives and notify branch personnel of inventory discrepancies.

Handle incoming sales calls and walk-in customers, create sales orders and quotes, assist with picking/packing and restocking, perform general branch duties, and advise customers on plumbing, heating, and HVAC products. Work closely with branch sales team to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
