Manage and grow an outside sales territory in the Plattsburgh, NY area. Responsibilities include visiting customers, prospecting contractors and trade professionals, developing account relationships, recommending plumbing and HVAC products, identifying revenue opportunities, coordinating with branch and vendor teams, and maintaining accurate sales activity records.

Entry-level showroom sales trainee to learn decorative plumbing and fixture products, sales and customer service skills, order entry and inventory systems, and Specbook. Shadow showroom staff, meet manufacturers, generate quotes, follow up with customers and contractors, support project timelines, and participate in training and marketing events. Promotion to senior sales status with commission opportunities after demonstrating proficiency.

18-month rotational Sales and Management Traineeship exposing participants to inside sales, HVAC design, counter, warehouse, distribution, retail (Ultimate Bath), and business support. Trainees learn inventory, customer service, and cross-functional operations to prepare for sales or management roles at The Granite Group.
