Participate in an 18-month rotational Sales and Management Training Program across branch departments (inside sales, HVAC design, counter, warehouse, distribution, retail). Learn inventory, customer service, and business support functions to prepare for a sales or management role at The Granite Group. Manage branch shipping and handling operations: schedule orders and deliveries, control budgets and staffing, hire and lead team members, coordinate with vendors and the branch manager, track operations metrics to improve productivity, reduce costs, and deliver excellent customer service.

Answer incoming sales calls and greet walk-in customers; create sales orders and quotes; assist with picking, packing, and restocking; support branch sales team; discuss plumbing, heating, and HVAC product applications; use computer systems to process orders and help customers find solutions.
