Support contractors and trade customers in a fast-paced branch: process orders, answer product questions, recommend plumbing/HVAC/PVF/hydronic solutions, enter orders accurately, build relationships, and help meet branch sales goals while maintaining organized branch operations.

18-month rotational Sales and Management Traineeship exposing participants to inside sales, HVAC design, counter, warehouse, distribution, retail (Ultimate Bath), and business support. Trainees learn inventory, customer service, and cross-functional operations to prepare for sales or management roles at The Granite Group.

Develop and grow a sales territory by calling prospective customers, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales and gross margin targets. Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, leverage product expertise in plumbing, heating and industrial supplies, and use computer tools to manage sales activities.
