Build and manage a sales territory for The Granite Group by developing customer relationships, prospecting for new business, providing quality service, and achieving sales and gross-margin goals. The role requires strong selling ability, customer orientation, plumbing, heating, and industrial supply product knowledge, and solid computer skills.

Leads the organization’s finance and accounting functions, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, revenue cycle, tax, audits, compliance, and internal controls. Serves as the CEO’s strategic financial partner, advises executive leadership on growth and capital allocation, oversees finance staff, and ensures accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance, including SOX requirements.

Supports customers by answering sales calls, greeting walk-in customers, preparing sales orders and quotes, and recommending plumbing, heating, and HVAC products. Assists with picking, packing, restocking merchandise, and general branch duties. Builds customer relationships, collaborates with branch sales staff, and uses computer systems to support sales and customer service.
