Coordinate and schedule day-to-day activities for Capital Works operatives, manage multiple trades to meet KPIs, plan works to align with demand and priorities, monitor productivity and identify efficiency improvements, deliver excellent customer service, collaborate with stakeholders, and use digital scheduling systems and IT tools to manage workloads.

As a Planner, ensure compliance with Awaabs Law while providing efficient repair services. Handle scheduling complex repairs, record data, and deliver excellent customer service to tenants.

Lead the Hope at Home service and other community projects to provide essential household items, build stakeholder partnerships, document impact and budgets, gather feedback, and promote community engagement to help people sustain tenancies and thrive.

Provide administrative and operational support for landlord compliance: maintain registers and databases for fire safety, heating, electrical, water hygiene and asbestos; liaise with contractors, monitor progress, prepare reports, support audits and ensure statutory and contractual compliance is tracked and actioned.

Provide litigation-focused paralegal support in housing management cases including possession, injunctions, disrepair and other civil litigation. Prepare witness statements and court evidence, attend court advocacy, deliver legal training, manage outsourced legal spend, maintain accurate case records, and collaborate with housing and cross‑functional teams to deliver timely, compliant, customer‑focused legal outcomes.
