Carry out full bathroom installations and associated works (carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing, painting) across properties. Work safely and efficiently using company vehicle and tools, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused service, accurate material estimation, and first-time-right delivery while supporting apprentices and coordinating with other trades.

Design and deliver high-quality branded assets across print, digital and social. Support visual identity development, manage multiple projects end-to-end, maintain brand consistency, collaborate with stakeholders and external suppliers, and ensure accessible, on-brand creative outputs.

Lead the Compliance Team to ensure landlord and asset compliance with statutory, regulatory, health & safety, and internal requirements. Oversee compliance programmes, assurance frameworks, risk management, supplier contracts, audits, performance reporting, complaints resolution, and continuous improvement to deliver safe, compliant homes and assurance to senior stakeholders.
