Support tenants throughout home retrofit projects by serving as their primary contact, communicating through visits and written channels, coordinating with project teams and contractors, assisting vulnerable customers, gathering feedback, and improving the customer experience. The role requires strong relationship-building, organization, empathy, and customer service skills, with desirable knowledge of energy efficiency, PAS 2035, and domestic energy improvements.

Provides administrative and first-line support to HR Business Partners, colleagues, managers, and candidates. Responsibilities include handling HR queries, supporting employee relations cases, maintaining confidential records and HR systems, producing reports, coordinating with recruitment and payroll teams, and improving HR processes and colleague experience.

Coordinates repair and maintenance appointments, allocates damp and mould cases to operatives, plans complex repair work, and handles tenant communications and complaints. Maintains accurate operational records, supports reporting, meets deadlines and performance targets, and contributes to service improvements. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, customer service, communication, and confidence using scheduling and operational software systems.
