Assists the Bank Manager with branch employee coaching, scheduling, training, compliance, expense management, customer complaint resolution, daily operations, regulatory audit preparation, transactions, and sales growth for deposits and loans. The role also supports community engagement and ensures a welcoming, customer-focused banking environment.

The Commercial Lender evaluates and processes commercial loan applications, analyzes financial and credit information, structures and approves loan packages, ensures regulatory and documentation compliance, and manages customer relationships throughout the lending process. The role also involves business development, referral generation, portfolio growth, delinquency resolution, and cross-selling banking products. Regular travel, community involvement, and outside business development are required.
