Supports back-end administration of customer deposit accounts, including new account processing, account maintenance, reconciliation, IRA administration, exception resolution, quality control, regulatory documentation, and return-mail processing. Ensures account records and required documents are accurate, investigates discrepancies, updates account information, and collaborates with internal teams and customers to resolve deposit-service issues. Requires strong attention to detail, communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.

Processes mortgage and home equity loans from application through post-closing. Prepares applications, disclosures, and closing documents; orders property documentation; organizes files for underwriting and credit approval; monitors title policies, recorded mortgages, and paid-off loans; and ensures compliance with real estate lending regulations. Partners with loan officers and department teams to maintain accurate documentation, meet deadlines, support customers, and improve operational processes.

Supports Wealth Management clients by handling inquiries, account setup and closure, transactions, reporting, bill payment, tax-related coordination, documentation, and account reviews. Maintains accurate client records, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, resolves account issues, and ensures activities comply with governing documents, policies, and deadlines. Provides administrative support to Wealth Management officers while contributing to process improvements and professional growth.

Administers and supports enterprise LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, VPN, branch, ATM, and cloud-connected network infrastructure. Configures routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems; monitors performance and alerts; troubleshoots connectivity issues; maintains hardware, cabling, documentation, and inventories; coordinates vendors; implements approved changes; and supports security controls, vulnerability remediation, compliance, disaster recovery, and incident response.

Lead Wealth Management division strategy and operations, driving growth, fiduciary excellence, client experience, compliance, talent development, and financial performance. Oversee trust, investment, advisory, and family office services, partner with bank leadership, manage budgets and KPIs, and strengthen governance and operational effectiveness.
