Performs routine and emergency maintenance throughout residential apartments and public areas in a senior living health center. Repairs plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, drywall, concrete, doors, locks, flooring, and appliances; responds to equipment failures; completes work orders with detailed documentation; and participates in rotating weekend on-call coverage.

Performs indoor and outdoor security rounds, scheduled inspections, radio response, emergency-system response, and door access monitoring. Maintains accurate incident, safety, repair, emergency-call, and doctor-run reports, communicates emergencies promptly, and provides pass-on information to relief officers. The role requires English proficiency, a valid Florida driver's license, and successful AHCA background screening. This is a PRN position with flexible evening and overnight shifts in Clearwater, Florida.

Prepares and serves meals, snacks, and special feedings in a skilled nursing facility. Sets up trays and dining areas, verifies meal accuracy, stores and rotates food, clears dishes, handles soiled linens, and sanitizes work areas. Completes accurate and timely MDS assessments, selects appropriate assessment reference dates and diagnosis codes, supports PDPM classification and reimbursement, validates documentation, monitors quality measures, and maintains CMS and regulatory compliance. The role requires a Connecticut RN license, BLS certification, MDS software experience, knowledge of MDS transmission and regulations, and preferably long-term care and supervisory experience.

Follows hygiene standards, supervisor instructions, and training requirements while providing courteous service. Requires a high school diploma or GED, food preparation experience, clear communication, basic math, and dependable attendance. Senior-care or healthcare experience is preferred.

Provide compassionate emergency medical care and exceptional service to senior community residents. The full-time role works Tuesday through Saturday from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and requires EMT or EMR certification plus 1–2 years of experience.

Provides clerical and accounting support for a continuing care retirement community. Responsibilities include entering resident and health center billing data, preparing deposits, reviewing accounts payable invoices, entering payable transactions, routing invoices for approval, and generating checks. The role also supports the Director of Financial Services with daily department operations and requires strong hospitality, accuracy, and professionalism.

Provides overnight PRN direct nursing care to skilled nursing residents. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring medical and behavioral changes, developing and reassessing care plans, following physician orders, coordinating multidisciplinary care, responding to emergencies, and reporting resident and community conditions to health services leadership.

Provides human resources, financial, administrative, and operational support to a senior living community and Executive Director. Responsibilities include accounts receivable, payroll, HR administration, reporting, staff training, meeting coordination, confidential records management, telephone communication, and responding to resident, visitor, and community needs.

Plans, schedules, and leads meaningful activities, educational programs, and special events for senior residents, supporting physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being. Coordinates monthly calendars, promotes community wellness, adapts programming for diverse needs including memory care, and occasionally drives residents to events using company vehicles.
