Prepares and serves therapeutic diet trays to skilled nursing residents, sets up and breaks down dining areas, charts food and fluid intake, and communicates with residents about nutritional needs. The role requires compassionate senior engagement, English communication skills, and the ability to understand measurements. Nursing home food service and senior-care experience are preferred.

Provides clerical and administrative support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, maintaining files, preparing communications and meeting materials, scheduling appointments, recording minutes, managing office supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance, and planning departmental events.

Provides emergency medical and life-safety responses for residents, staff, and guests. Patrols buildings and grounds, conducts resident welfare checks, maintains safety logs, manages access and parking, responds to security and fire emergencies, handles minor maintenance calls, escorts residents and staff, delivers items, and transports employees between parking areas. Requires a California driver’s license, weekend and holiday availability, and successful background and fitness-for-duty checks.
