Coordinate intake, documentation, execution, and post-closing quality control for multifamily/CRE loan modifications. Serve as primary liaison across Servicing, Asset Management, Legal, borrowers, and partners, track timelines, ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements, maintain records, and improve workflows and data quality.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Business Officer and CPC Capital leadership, including calendar management, meeting and travel logistics, expense processing, liaison duties, and ad hoc executive coverage. Coordinate off-site meetings and collaborate with the Office of the CEO and Chief of Staff to troubleshoot, prioritize, and maintain smooth operations with discretion and professionalism.

Coordinate intake, documentation, execution, and post-closing quality control for loan modifications in a multifamily/CRE portfolio. Ensure compliance with internal, investor, and regulatory requirements, maintain accurate records and systems, manage timelines and stakeholder communication, and support audits and process improvements.

Provide white-glove L2/L3 technology support for executives: device lifecycle management, email/calendar and M365 support, AV and meetings setup, secure remote access, incident triage, security practices, executive coaching, and operational runbooks for executive services.
