Manages the College’s organic social media presence, including content planning, community engagement, short-form video production, storytelling, platform-native copy, and campaign support. The role presents and interviews on camera, maintains website content through a CMS, tracks channel performance, and collaborates with internal teams, agencies, photographers, and videographers. It also ensures content follows brand, accessibility, copyright, and GDPR requirements.

Leads organisational development, cultural change, employee experience, workforce planning, talent and succession strategies. Oversees recruitment, onboarding, leadership development, learning compliance, employee communications, equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives. Modernises HR systems and processes, supports the People Strategy, manages recruitment and HR staff, and provides governance for safer recruitment and employment compliance.

Promotes the college and its educational opportunities to schools, students, parents, and careers professionals. Builds stakeholder relationships, supports school-to-college transitions, coordinates open events, tours, workshops, taster activities, and careers events, and delivers presentations. Maintains prospectus information, researches education and career pathways, and supports young people facing barriers to participation, including looked-after children and those with EHCPs. Requires flexible regional travel, occasional evening and weekend work, and an Enhanced DBS check.

Deliver fair, consistent AM2/AM2S/AM2E assessments at the Liverpool AM2 Centre, maintain NET standards and centre operations, manage assessment administration, quality assurance, H&S, employer relationships, and contribute to centre targets, development and continuous improvement.
