Manages Austin Energy multifamily energy efficiency, electrification, and demand-side management programs. Responsibilities include defining requirements, forming project teams, managing consultants and contracts, developing timelines and budgets, overseeing contractors, preparing executive and City Council materials, presenting to leadership, supervising staff, assessing risks, and implementing corrective actions. Performs installation, removal, testing, maintenance, reading, and troubleshooting of residential and small commercial electric and water meters. Disconnects and reconnects services, identifies tampering and hazardous conditions, resolves account discrepancies, documents field issues, and uses mobile and web-based systems to obtain meter data and organize routes.
