Provides legal advice, research, writing, and advocacy for the City of Austin under the City Attorney’s direction. The role advises city management, elected officials, and departments; prepares legal documents; represents the City in legal matters; and supports complex assignments. The position focuses on municipal law, land use, zoning, real estate, construction, development, and affordable housing, with responsibilities varying by attorney level.

Plan, develop, and manage user-focused digital content and information architecture for City services. Advise departments on web content, accessibility, SEO, and CMS best practices; run user research and analytics; create content standards, taxonomies, and training; collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to improve website performance and user access.

Manage and maintain workforce schedules, process scheduling transactions, run shift bids, administer scheduling software, generate staffing reports, recommend staffing solutions, develop scheduling policies, and deliver related training.
