Oversee general accounting operations, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, compliance, treasury activities, and nonprofit benefits accounting. Lead accounting staff, maintain internal controls, support board and executive reporting, manage Alliance Benefits financial processes, and serve as backup to the Controller.

Manages relationships with churches and affiliated organizations regarding health and retirement benefits. Responsibilities include benefits sales, employer enrollment and retention, plan consultation, participant education, CRM and pipeline management, plan administration, compliance with HIPAA, ACA, ERISA, and IRS requirements, 403(b) processing, documentation, issue resolution, and process improvement.

Lead Gatehouse Ministries as Executive Director and Residential Manager. Responsibilities include managing student applications and interviews, mentoring and supporting third-culture students, coordinating meals and community activities, overseeing property upkeep, maintaining nonprofit compliance, assisting with fundraising, managing donor communications, and overseeing newsletters. The role is residential, includes living accommodations, and is typically held by a couple.
