Provides spiritual, organizational, and pastoral leadership for a diverse bilingual congregation. Responsibilities include preaching and teaching, vision development, discipleship, evangelism, pastoral care, counseling, conflict management, family ministry, and recruiting and mentoring lay leaders. The pastor will strengthen church unity, community engagement, leadership development, and member participation while supporting potential future church planting.

Supports the Lead Pastor through volunteer leadership, discipleship, pastoral care, preaching, counseling, evangelism, missions, outreach planning, administration, budgeting, facilities coordination, and child protection. The role requires approximately 20–25 hours weekly, including Sundays and evening meetings, while balancing outside employment. Candidates must demonstrate Christian commitment, theological education, strong organizational and relational skills, and willingness to pursue Christian and Missionary Alliance ordination.

Lead pastoral ministry for a small, seasonal C&MA congregation; remain consistently present and engaged with the church and local community; shepherd, teach Scripture, disciple members, reach unreached people, and develop congregational outreach. Candidates must hold C&MA accreditation and licensing, with ordination required within two years if not already ordained. Five years of senior pastoral experience is required; mission experience may also be considered.
