Teams at The Christian and Missionary Alliance

Lead and shepherd a multi-staff suburban church, champion worship and prayer culture, equip congregants for service, oversee discipleship, small groups, outreach, and represent the church within The Christian & Missionary Alliance.

Provide warm, hospitable front‑office support for Alliance Northwest: answer phones and email, manage filings, reimbursements, deposits, supplies, event logistics, vehicle and maintenance coordination, and assist executive administrators and special projects. Support spiritual and ministry activities as part of a C&MA ministry role.

Provide intermediate-to-advanced help desk support and IT project assistance: troubleshoot Windows and macOS hardware/software, manage AD accounts, maintain assets and ticketing, deploy mobile devices, create documentation and user training, support events, and perform occasional after-hours or travel support.
