Lead and oversee preschool ministry for ages birth–preschool: recruit and equip volunteers/staff, manage curriculum and ministry environments, support parents, provide pastoral care, and ensure safe, welcoming weekend and weekday programming and administration.

Lead congregational mission and vision through pastoral care, preaching, discipleship, visitor connection, membership, next-generation ministries, evangelism/outreach, staff and elder leadership, and CMA liaison responsibilities.

Lead worship and pastoral care at a retirement community: oversee advisory team, perform hospital and home visits, reside in Casa Grande, hold seminary education and Alliance licensing.
