Manages complex software development and data management projects from planning through delivery. Partners with technical teams to assess feasibility, coordinate timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and contingencies. Leads cross-functional communication with clients, stakeholders, agencies, and internal teams; facilitates meetings; documents requirements and decisions; provides status updates; and supports process improvement and project management best practices.

Design polished reports, publications, presentations, social graphics, and data visualizations that translate complex health care analysis into accurate, accessible, on-brand visuals. Build templates, infographics, icons, and simple animations; ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance; coordinate feedback, proofread final materials, and support project timelines and presentations.

Leads health care research projects, statistical analyses, public reporting, and data quality initiatives using survey, claims, and case-mix data. Manages and mentors analysts, develops work plans, oversees research products, communicates findings through written analyses and presentations, and engages stakeholders, vendors, and government partners to support evidence-based health policy and improve health care affordability, access, equity, and quality.
