Requires regular site visits and oversight of multiple projects, with travel up to 25%.

Builds relationships with hiring managers and leadership, develops workforce planning and retention strategies, manages recruitment vendors, supports employee relations and career mapping, ensures hiring compliance, and represents the company’s employer brand. The role also leads assessments, professional development initiatives, and specialized or leadership talent pipelines.
