Provides administrative and legal support to in-house counsel across employment law, OSHA compliance, litigation, corporate law, bankruptcy, leases, and contracts. Responsibilities include drafting, processing, abstracting, analyzing, and managing legal documents and records, filing court documents, coordinating deadlines, and maintaining accurate electronic documentation. Requires strong communication, organization, time management, initiative, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
