Provides administrative and legal support to in-house counsel across employment law, OSHA compliance, litigation, corporate law, bankruptcy, leases, and contracts. Responsibilities include drafting, processing, abstracting, analyzing, and administering legal documents and records, filing documents with courts, and maintaining organized electronic records while meeting deadlines.

Supervise and perform individual and trust tax return preparation and review, research complex federal and state tax issues, support tax planning and compliance, prepare trust financial statements using JD Edwards, and coordinate tax audits and disputes. The role requires strong analytical, communication, organization, and tax research skills, with experience serving real estate, family office, partnership, S-Corporation, and LLC clients.
