The Human Resources Manager manages employee lifecycle programs, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance management, engagement, offboarding, HRIS records, compliance, and workforce reporting. The role advises employees and managers, supports multi-state employment practices, partners with vendors and payroll, and leads process improvements and People initiatives in collaboration with the Head of People.

Supports fundraising operations by managing Salesforce donor CRM infrastructure, data governance, donor records, grant lifecycle tracking, pipeline reporting, and gift reconciliations. Partners with Finance, leadership, and development teams to improve stewardship processes, forecast revenue, maintain data integrity, and support donor cultivation. The Senior Accountant supports monthly and year-end close, account reconciliations, general ledger activity, financial statement preparation, accounts payable and receivable, contribution revenue, and grant accounting. The role also supports annual audits, maintains grant records, reviews grant agreements, investigates discrepancies, and strengthens internal controls while collaborating with Finance, Development, and Programs teams.
