Leads visual brand development across campaigns, programs, events, and organizational touchpoints. Creates digital and print assets, visual identities, environmental graphics, motion content, and accessible design systems. Maintains brand guidelines, presents concepts to stakeholders, manages creative vendors, and improves workflows, asset management, production timelines, and approvals. Partners across communications, marketing, and organizational teams to deliver cohesive, mission-driven storytelling.

Leads corporate engagement initiatives, including ERG programming and board accelerator projects. Manages corporate stakeholder relationships, candidate pipelines, databases, events, sponsorship fulfillment, fundraising prospects, donor records, stewardship materials, grant support, and social impact trend reporting. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, project management, relationship building, and occasional travel for events, with a hybrid schedule in New York City.

The Human Resources Manager manages employee lifecycle programs, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance management, engagement, offboarding, HRIS records, compliance, and workforce reporting. The role advises employees and managers, supports multi-state employment practices, partners with vendors and payroll, and leads process improvements and People initiatives in collaboration with the Head of People.
