Responsible for preparing and processing client billing to the State of Missouri using Therap and CIMOR, maintaining service authorizations and client records, posting state payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and collaborating with directors and specialists to ensure accurate, timely billing while meeting strict deadlines and supporting accounting operations.

Provide Applied Behavior Analysis services under BCBA supervision: develop behavior support plans, collect and analyze data, train caregivers and staff, create graphs/reports in Excel, modify plans based on progress, and work toward BCBA certification and Missouri licensure.

Support middle and high school students with autism, gifted learners, and developmental differences by implementing individualized curriculum, supervising group and individual activities, collecting progress data, implementing behavior and sensory supports, collaborating with the Director and families, and maintaining a safe, structured classroom environment.

Lead BCBA provides clinical leadership and direct ABA services: conducts functional assessments, writes behavior support and skills programs, analyzes data (Excel), supervises and trains staff, mentors team members, and participates in interdisciplinary planning to increase client independence.

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, provide family-centered recommendations, participate in early intervention and therapy, and support staff through clinical supervision and training while maintaining confidentiality and quality of care.
