Provide direct behavior support to adults with developmental disabilities by implementing individualized behavior support plans under supervision, managing high‑intensity behaviors calmly and safely, collecting and documenting behavior data, communicating with supervisors/BCBAs, and promoting independence and person‑centered care.

Provide one-on-one and group employment supports to individuals with disabilities: community-based assessments, job matching, employer relationship building, transportation planning/bus training, on-site coaching, training, retention supports, paperwork, and team communication to promote long-term employment and independence.

Provide direct, in-person behavior support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by implementing BCBA-designed behavior plans, teaching communication and daily living skills, collecting accurate session data, documenting services, and collaborating with BCBAs, supervisors, caregivers, and team members. Support may occur in residential, home, community, and site-based settings and includes crisis prevention and de-escalation.

Provide direct, in-person ABA services implementing BCBA-designed behavior support and skill-acquisition plans across home, community, residential, and program settings. Collect accurate data, complete documentation, communicate with clinical team and caregivers, model interventions, and support individuals with challenging behaviors while following safety, ethical, and RBT scope-of-practice guidelines.

Lead daily operations and educational programming at a year-round alternative special education school. Supervise, coach, and recruit staff; manage enrollment, records, compliance, scheduling, and budgets; partner with families and community providers; develop and evaluate individualized academic, behavioral, and life-skills plans; model best practices in special education and positive behavior supports.

Provide direct implementation of behavior support plans and skill-acquisition programs under BCBA supervision. Collect observational and daily data, assist with functional assessments, model interventions for caregivers, participate in treatment planning, perform crisis intervention within certification scope, complete required documentation, and deliver services in site-based, community, or in-home settings.

Provide one-on-one and group employment supports for individuals with disabilities, including community-based assessments, job matching, transportation planning, job coaching, employer relationship building, training, ongoing retention support, documentation, and coordination with funding sources, families, and support teams to promote job success and gradual fading of supports.

Provide Applied Behavior Analysis services under BCBA supervision: develop behavior support plans, collect and analyze data, train caregivers and staff, create graphs/reports in Excel, modify plans based on progress, and work toward BCBA certification and Missouri licensure.

Provide ABA therapy and behavior support across age groups; conduct FBAs and data analysis; supervise and train RBTs, ABA specialists, and practicum students; lead staff trainings and collaborate with families and caregivers.

Supervise direct support staff and residential programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. Oversee staff hiring, training, scheduling, ISP development and implementation, quality assurance, compliance with DMH standards, medication administration per state training, billing, and family/guardian communication.

Provide administrative support for staff development and training: schedule and coordinate materials, track attendance and training data, maintain electronic and hard-copy files, support Growth Academy logistics and alumni communications, assist with occasional training delivery, update learning systems, and cover reception as needed, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Support middle and high school students with autism, gifted learners, and developmental differences by implementing individualized curriculum, supervising group and individual activities, collecting progress data, implementing behavior and sensory supports, collaborating with the Director and families, and maintaining a safe, structured classroom environment.

Provide school-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders. Deliver on-site services, collaborate with families and educators, supervise SLP-A, maintain documentation per Missouri DESE, and use evidence-based methods to drive measurable student progress. Be on-site two days per week and engage in professional development.

Supervise and coach direct support staff delivering residential and community services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Oversee individualized support plans, ensure compliance with DMH/CARF standards, manage schedules, billing, quality assurance checks, incident reporting, and collaborate with families, RN oversight, guardians, and external agencies.
