Leads day-to-day IT operations, supervises IT staff, monitors systems and backups, manages licenses and certificates, and recommends technology solutions. Develops responsible, ethical, and HIPAA-compliant AI adoption frameworks, evaluates AI technologies and vendors, creates policies and training, and supports implementation. Collaborates with leadership and departments, communicates technical concepts to nontechnical employees, and manages complex IT and AI projects.

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in clinic or school settings. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals; apply evidence-based therapy techniques; document services accurately; and maintain professional development. The role requires a master’s degree, ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or consideration as a clinical fellow, Missouri licensure, transportation, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Lead clinical ABA services for individuals with disabilities by conducting behavioral assessments, developing behavior support and skills acquisition programs, analyzing treatment data, training caregivers, supervising ABA staff, managing crises, and mentoring department members. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, peer review of programming, treatment modification, and adherence to BACB standards.
