Supervise and coach direct support staff delivering residential and community services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Oversee individualized support plans, ensure compliance with DMH/CARF standards, manage schedules, billing, quality assurance checks, incident reporting, and collaborate with families, RN oversight, guardians, and external agencies.

Provide one-on-one or group employment supports to individuals with disabilities: community-based assessments, job matching, transportation planning, coaching, training, employer relations, retention support, and recordkeeping.

Provide one-on-one and group employment supports for individuals with disabilities, including community-based assessments, job matching, transportation planning, job coaching, employer relationship building, training, ongoing retention support, documentation, and coordination with funding sources, families, and support teams to promote job success and gradual fading of supports.
