The HR Generalist manages recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, employee relations, training, personnel records, HRIS reporting, workers’ compensation claims, and employment law compliance. The role supports managers with disciplinary procedures, communicates HR policies, maintains confidential records, and conducts employee orientation and training. Occasional travel within Missouri and evening or weekend work may be required.

Leads daily operations and educational programming for a private alternative school serving middle and high school students with autism, giftedness, learning differences, and developmental disabilities. Supervises and trains staff, supports enrollment and student planning, coordinates family and community partnerships, ensures documentation and compliance, manages schedules and resources, and evaluates individualized academic, behavioral, social, and life-skills programs.
