Designs, builds, and maintains scalable data platforms, pipelines, integrations, transformations, data models, and curated datasets. Supports enterprise reporting, analytics, AI, and business operations by integrating SAP, cloud, operational, and external data sources. The role monitors data quality and performance, ensures governance and security standards, develops Power BI solutions, documents technical practices, and collaborates with business and technology teams on implementation and continuous improvement.

Plans and manages engineering projects from conception through completion. Develops electrical and project estimates, schedules, timelines, risk and cost assessments, resource requirements, equipment plans, and technical drawings. Coordinates project activities to achieve cost, timing, and functional goals. Reviews existing assets and proposed projects, providing technical guidance on risks, benefits, codes, regulations, and appropriate engineering solutions.

Defines SAP application architecture and extension strategies using ABAP, RAP, and SAP BTP. Supports an enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA implementation across functional and program workstreams. Responsibilities include requirements documentation, configuration support, test execution, defect tracking, data validation, process documentation, training materials, issue resolution, and cutover readiness. The intern completes a defined project deliverable and gains practical knowledge of SAP business processes through onboarding and daily program participation.

Supports the Tax department with compliance activities, tax projects, financial and operational data analysis, spreadsheets, reports, workpapers, research, audits, and process improvement initiatives. Collaborates with tax team members and business partners while developing foundational knowledge of tax principles, regulations, and corporate tax processes.

Supports procurement operations through Coupa and Concur system administration, data entry, troubleshooting, reporting, data analysis, process documentation, and presentation preparation. Collaborates with internal teams and third-party vendors while contributing to procurement projects and process improvements. The internship requires basic skills, close supervision, strong communication, and an interest in supply chain, business, information systems, or economics.

Creates photo and video content for eCommerce advertising, product listings, and social media. Responsibilities include outdoor content capture, video and image editing, digital asset organization, collaboration with Sales and Merchandising teams, content optimization, spreadsheet and report creation, and administrative project support. The intern develops foundational skills in content production, digital marketing, social media, and eCommerce under close supervision.

Manages the Sales and Operations Planning team, coordinating capacity, forecasts, customer orders, production plans, inventory, shipments, and raw material demand. Facilitates monthly and quarterly planning, aligns production plans with organizational goals, monitors capacity and performance, and publishes business reports. Lead capital projects for an ethanol/renewables plant from concept through completion: prepare cost-effective project and electrical estimates, ensure code compliance, identify required equipment and resources, oversee layout and detail drawings, manage cost/schedule/functionality, evaluate asset risk/benefit, and serve as technical resource while coordinating with vendors and construction teams.
