Manages daily grain facility operations, staffing, maintenance, safety, quality, logistics, grain processing, profitability, shrink reduction, and facility upkeep. Leads employee training and performance management, safety investigations, food safety compliance, operating and capital budgeting, and financial reporting. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience.

Provides high-level administrative support to a Group President or executive, including calendar and meeting management, expense reporting, correspondence, travel arrangements, agenda preparation, and meeting materials. Maintains current organizational and marketing materials, monitors executive commitments, researches issues, and recommends actions. Requires confidentiality, strong organization, customer service, communication, and office software skills.

Developmental rotational role focused on learning the Plant Nutrient Group’s agribusiness supply chain, product management, sales, logistics, financial reporting, pricing, margins, fertilizer markets, and global trade. The trainee will build customer relationship skills and gain experience across commercial and Farm Center operations, with the opportunity to transition into an entry-level sales or commercial position within 8–12 months.
