Coordinate rail, truck, barge, fleet, and commodity shipments; dispatch work, monitor movement, fulfill orders, negotiate competitive logistics terms, track tariffs and regulations, analyze data, support continuous improvement, collaborate with carriers and internal teams, resolve claims and issues, maintain contracts and system data, and ensure accurate billing and logistics documentation.

Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, align IT strategy with business goals, enforce governance, assess current and target-state architectures, guide technology investments, and collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive cohesive integration and cloud/digital transformation.

Mixes, hauls, spreads, and applies liquid and dry fertilizer, farm chemicals, seed, and other agricultural inputs. Follows product labels and application procedures, uses application equipment technology to apply products accurately, completes logs and delivery paperwork, inspects and performs basic maintenance on equipment, and assists with facility duties. The role requires seasonal overtime, outdoor work in varying conditions, physical lifting, a valid driver’s license, and current or obtainable CDL and commercial applicator licenses.
