Develop, maintain, and monitor construction CPM schedules for data center projects. Review project documents, update schedules, analyze critical paths, identify risks, manage costs and resources, validate progress through site walks, and prepare reporting packages. Present project status and recommendations to clients, contractors, owners, management, and stakeholders while supporting schedule and project control decisions across multiple projects.

Provides project controls and CPM scheduling support for vertical construction projects, including baseline schedule development, progress updates, critical path analysis, cost and resource reporting, risk evaluation, KPI development, site progress validation, and monthly reporting. Collaborates with project managers, contractors, owners, and stakeholders to identify schedule issues, recommend corrective actions, and communicate project status. Requires experience with data centers, large construction projects, construction documents, and Primavera P6.
