Develops, maintains, and monitors construction CPM schedules for data center projects. Reviews project documents, performs schedule updates and critical path analysis, validates progress through site walks, manages cost and resources, evaluates schedule risks, develops KPIs and reporting packages, and communicates project status and corrective recommendations to clients, contractors, owners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include baseline schedule development, progress updates, critical path analysis, risk and impact evaluation, cost and resource reporting, KPI development, site progress validation, monthly reporting, and stakeholder communication. The role supports project teams in identifying schedule issues and recommending corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle.

Review construction documents and contractor progress, identify corrective actions, develop project metrics, and communicate project status to clients, owners, management, and stakeholders. This is a full-time on-site role requiring strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and project controls.
