Develop, maintain, and monitor CPM construction schedules for data center projects. Review project documents, update schedules, analyze critical paths, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions. Validate progress through site walks, prepare reporting packages, manage cost and resource reporting, develop project metrics, and communicate status to clients, contractors, and stakeholders. The role is full-time on-site and requires strong construction scheduling, document interpretation, communication, and project controls expertise.

Responsibilities include baseline scheduling, progress updates, critical path analysis, risk evaluation, cost and resource reporting, site progress validation, KPI development, contractor review, and monthly reporting.
