Supports owner-side construction management for a hyperscale data center project across three California sites. Responsibilities include overseeing design development, budgets, cost reports, contractor billing, vendor payables, claims, change management, submittals, RFIs, permitting, project meetings, and contractor updates. The role also promotes site safety, manages stakeholder communication, and requires travel between Sacramento, San Jose, and Los Angeles.

Develop, maintain, and monitor CPM construction schedules for data center projects. Responsibilities include baseline scheduling, progress updates, critical path analysis, risk evaluation, cost and resource reporting, KPI development, site progress validation, and management reporting. The role collaborates with clients, contractors, project managers, owners, and stakeholders to identify schedule issues, recommend corrective actions, and communicate project status. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Develops, maintains, and monitors CPM construction schedules for data center projects. Reviews project documents, analyzes critical paths, validates progress through site walks, and prepares reporting packages. Manages cost, resources, risks, KPIs, and schedule impacts while recommending corrective actions. Collaborates with project managers, contractors, owners, and stakeholders to communicate project status and support on-time, on-budget delivery.
