Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow and liquidity requirements.
- Handle overseas transactions, including Letters of Credit (L/C) and Bills for Collection.
- Manage credit facilities such as promissory notes, packing credit, and other financing instruments.
- Coordinate and administer intercompany loan transactions.
- Prepare daily and monthly treasury reports and cash flow analyses.
- Execute foreign exchange (FX) transactions and monitor currency risk exposure.
- Coordinate shareholder dividend payments and overseas fund transfers.
- Liaise with financial institutions and ensure timely submission of treasury-related documentation.
- Support treasury projects and other assignments as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, banking, or corporate finance.
- Knowledge of cash flow management, funding, FX transactions, and banking operations.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Skills Required
