Leads the design and field execution of well completion operations from drilling rig release through first sales. Responsibilities include completion strategy, fracture stimulation planning, project leadership, budgeting, scheduling, HSE compliance, contractor coordination, well-performance monitoring, reporting, technology adoption, and continuous improvement. The role requires leadership across multidisciplinary teams, on-call availability, and routine travel to field locations.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations, lead domestic and offshore AP teams, ensure compliant and timely payments, strengthen internal controls, support audits, optimize processes using ERP and AP automation, and maintain vendor relationships while collaborating with Procurement and Finance.

Support monthly close and prepare journal entries, reconciliations, management reports, and financial statements. Analyze variances, support audits, train and review augmented accounting team work, contribute to process improvements, and assist with special projects including acquisition integration and ad hoc financial analysis.

Serve as the Quorum Upstream ERP subject matter expert: administer, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and upgrade Quorum and related financial applications. Provide user support, gather and translate business requirements, coordinate vendor and implementation efforts, develop documentation and training, assist reporting, participate in audits and controls, and support projects to improve accounting, land, and operational processes. Available for critical after-hours incidents.

Supervise tier-1/2 infrastructure team and projects to maintain 24/7 availability of servers, network, Azure and M365 services. Manage Active Directory, DNS, SSL, Group Policy, backups, Meraki SD-WAN/VLANs, VPNs, security assessments, patches, and cloud integrations. Automate tasks with PowerShell/batch scripts, monitor systems, document change control, and coordinate with cloud providers and Microsoft for deployments and remediation.

Support the CEO office by preparing board materials, managing investor and stakeholder communications, maintaining research and investor databases, analyzing performance and trends, producing KPI dashboards, and assisting with special projects.
