Own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other networks for B2B SaaS. Plan, execute, optimize and forecast campaigns, run funnel experiments, maintain tracking (GA4, GTM, BigQuery), partner cross-functionally, and deliver actionable insights to drive trials, qualified leads, and reduce CAC.

Develop and maintain high-traffic backend services and public APIs (primarily in Go, with Node.js maintenance), design and optimize MySQL/Postgres and caching (Redis), own end-to-end feature delivery, migrate/refactor legacy systems, handle cross-team requests, and deploy/monitor production systems.

Lead an end-to-end product area focused on turning real-time behavioural signals into measurable outcomes. Define hypotheses, run experiments, prioritize work, collaborate with engineering and design, and iterate quickly to drive conversion, revenue, and growth.
