Designs and produces accessible instructional content and multimedia (video, graphics, interactive media, XR). Collaborates with faculty and instructional designers, manages project schedules, performs QA for ADA compliance, maintains production/XR equipment, provides technical support and training, and manages inventory for course development.

Manage student caseloads, streamline admissions processes, ensure regulatory compliance (FAFSA/FERPA), use software to track progress and report metrics, coordinate outreach/community events, and develop staff training to support student enrollment and persistence.

Partner with campus leaders to deliver HR support across employee relations, performance management, onboarding, compliance, and culture initiatives. Provide coaching, anticipate workforce needs, maintain HR records/metrics, ensure consistent policy application, and support workforce transitions to improve teammate engagement and organizational outcomes.
