Lead CRM administration and donor data management for the Foundation. Maintain Salesforce and related platforms, ensure data integrity, develop reports and dashboards, support user training and adoption, analyze donor trends, and collaborate with advancement staff to optimize fundraising operations and reporting.

Lead divisional project intake, planning, and execution for External Relations. Drive operational improvement, modernization, and process redesign; develop roadmaps, dashboards, and executive reporting; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure accountability for project outcomes.

Develop and execute regional employer partnership strategy, cultivate local employer relationships, coordinate job fairs and campus recruitment events, supervise campus employer relations leads, and recommend program enhancements to increase student internship and employment outcomes.
