Provide statewide leadership for advisory committee administration, coordination, and continuous improvement. Develop processes, facilitate meetings, ensure compliance with Texas Higher Education requirements, engage industry and stakeholders, manage projects and records, analyze committee data, and implement process improvements to align curriculum with workforce needs.

Administers a federal grant program from recruitment through reporting, ensuring compliance, fiscal accountability, deliverables, and student outcomes. Manages budgets, invoices, data collection, evaluations, staff supervision, workshops, enrichment activities, and stakeholder relationships. Provides direct services to eligible participants, coordinates with schools and agencies, resolves student issues, and represents the program at professional events. Requires strong organization, project management, communication, and bilingual English-Spanish skills.

Manage development, marketing, budgeting, and delivery of customized non-credit training programs. Supervise trainers and staff, steward industry and workforce partners, manage multiple contracts/projects, ensure timely execution, and grow profitable training initiatives across an assigned region.
