Designs and produces accessible instructional content and multimedia (video, graphics, interactive media, XR). Collaborates with faculty and instructional designers, manages project schedules, performs QA for ADA compliance, maintains production/XR equipment, provides technical support and training, and manages inventory for course development.

Manage all aspects of a federal grant program including planning, compliance, budgeting, reporting, participant recruitment and services, data collection/analysis, staff supervision, partner relations, and travel for program activities and professional development.

Advise and support students within an assigned program to promote academic success and retention. Develop individualized educational plans, teach study and time-management strategies, track progress in a case management system, coordinate with faculty and campus resources, conduct information sessions, and connect students to support services. Participate in program-related travel and perform other duties as assigned.
