Manages workforce training initiatives across Student Learning and External Relations. Responsibilities include resource and capacity planning, curriculum and training-space coordination, project scheduling, budgeting, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, records management, reporting, credentialing, payroll support, labor-market research, and preparation of employer-facing training programs.

Leads the IT project management team and oversees technology project and portfolio governance across Texas State Technical College. Establishes project management standards, monitors portfolio health, manages complex enterprise technology initiatives, coordinates stakeholders, oversees risks and resources, and guides organizational change. The role also leads project intake and prioritization, supports team development, drives continuous improvement, and provides executive reporting on project performance and institutional technology priorities.

Designs and develops effective curriculum and course materials for online and hybrid higher-education programs. Collaborates with faculty, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create learning objectives, assessments, interactive content, and competency-based instruction. Evaluates courses against quality and accessibility standards, manages multiple development projects, supports multimedia production, monitors emerging technologies, and leads professional development for faculty and staff.
