Build and manage a portfolio of commercial banking relationships in the DFW area through prospecting, credit underwriting, loan documentation, closings, onboarding, portfolio servicing, and cross-selling treasury and ancillary services while mentoring junior staff.

Handle all customer-facing transaction processing including cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, change orders, wires, and electronic/mobile deposits. Balance cash drawer and vault daily, process night-drop/mail transactions, assist with client emails/phones/chats, and support reporting and operational tasks while adhering to banking policies and procedures.

Assist credit analysts, lenders, and the Chief Credit Officer with underwriting, loan closings, portfolio monitoring, financial analysis, borrower file maintenance, and preparing management reports while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
