Support relationship managers and clients through commercial loan lifecycle: underwriting/compliance, closing, funding, boarding, portfolio servicing. Prepare and coordinate loan closing checklists and packages; order and interpret title, flood, UCC, and credit reports; assist SBA portfolio work-outs; manage deposit and accounts tasks; maintain regulatory compliance and reporting; provide superior customer service and coordinate with external professionals and internal systems (Business Wise, nCino, AP, Excel/Word).

Build and manage a portfolio of commercial banking relationships in the DFW area through prospecting, credit underwriting, loan documentation, closings, onboarding, portfolio servicing, and cross-selling treasury and ancillary services while mentoring junior staff.

Perform customer-facing transaction processing (checks, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wires), balance cash drawer and vault, process electronic and night-drop deposits, assist with client communications and operational reporting, and follow banking policies and procedures under direct supervision.
