Evaluate potential organ donors, coordinate donor medical management and allocation, communicate with families, hospitals, transplant centers and legal authorities, oversee recovery procedures and documentation, and participate in quality, education, and hospital policy efforts while sharing 24-hour on-call responsibilities and traveling as needed.

Serve as liaison between the OPO and partner hospitals to build donation infrastructure, conduct hospital rounds and in-services, manage referrals and variance documentation, report data, implement process improvements, maintain hospital access and agreements, support donation awareness events, and document interactions in the OPO database.

Evaluate potential organ donor referrals, manage medical care to optimize donation, coordinate recovery logistics with hospital staff and TOSA teams, obtain legal/next-of-kin clearances, document donor records, develop hospital relationships, provide education and process improvement, and support donor family communications.

Provides clinical evaluation and coordination for potential organ donors in hospitals, manages referral processes, liaises with hospital staff and legal authorities, conducts family assessments and UDRAI interviews, documents donor activities, supports process improvement and education, and develops hospital relationships to increase organ donation.
