Investigates and responds to fraud reports, referrals, and alerts involving identity theft, account abuse, debit cards, checks, ACH, loans, and new accounts. Reviews accounts and loans for suspicious activity, mitigates losses, recommends control improvements, escalates potential SAR matters to the BSA team, supports members and staff, and provides fraud training. Maintains knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and emerging financial fraud trends.

Process biweekly and off-cycle payrolls, maintain HRIS and time systems, administer benefits enrollment and deductions, reconcile taxes and benefit invoices, produce payroll reports and audits, maintain employee records, and improve payroll/benefit processes and controls while responding to employee inquiries.

Serve as the primary sales contact at a branch: originate and process loans, open and service accounts, promote credit union products, cross-sell, handle member issues, and provide branch operations backup.

Manage a portfolio of early-stage delinquent accounts, contact members to collect and resolve delinquencies, process refunds and adjustments, communicate with internal teams, and maintain delinquency and net charge-off metrics.
