Serve as the branchs primary sales contact: identify member financial needs, originate/process/close consumer and real estate loans, open and service accounts, cross-sell products, resolve member issues, and support branch operations including teller transactions.

Provide member and internal support for debit/credit/ATM cards and mobile wallet services. Process routine card maintenance, assist with dispute intake and tracking, research transactions, manage daily reports, prepare standard member communications, cross-train across card services functions, and escalate complex issues to senior staff while maintaining accurate records and high customer service.

Manage a portfolio of early-stage delinquent accounts, contact members to collect and resolve delinquencies, process refunds and adjustments, communicate with internal teams, and maintain delinquency and net charge-off metrics.

Serve as the primary sales contact at a branch: originate and process loans, open and service accounts, promote credit union products, cross-sell, handle member issues, and provide branch operations backup.

Process biweekly and off-cycle payrolls, maintain HRIS and time systems, administer benefits enrollment and deductions, reconcile taxes and benefit invoices, produce payroll reports and audits, maintain employee records, and improve payroll/benefit processes and controls while responding to employee inquiries.
