Serve as the primary sales contact in a credit union branch by identifying member needs, originating and processing consumer and real estate loans, opening and servicing accounts, promoting financial products, cross-selling services, resolving member issues, and supporting branch operations including teller transactions and floor management.

Processes wire transfers, ACH transactions, deposits, return items, and other payment services accurately and on schedule. Resolves member account inquiries, processes exceptions, balances spreadsheets and general ledgers, and provides internal and external member support. Cross-trains across Payment Services functions and assists with operational coverage as needed.

Process biweekly and off-cycle payrolls, maintain HRIS and time systems, administer benefits enrollment and deductions, reconcile taxes and benefit invoices, produce payroll reports and audits, maintain employee records, and improve payroll/benefit processes and controls while responding to employee inquiries.

Serve as the primary sales contact at a branch: originate and process loans, open and service accounts, promote credit union products, cross-sell, handle member issues, and provide branch operations backup.

Manage a portfolio of early-stage delinquent accounts, contact members to collect and resolve delinquencies, process refunds and adjustments, communicate with internal teams, and maintain delinquency and net charge-off metrics.
