Provide member and internal support for debit/credit/ATM cards and mobile wallet services. Process routine card maintenance, assist with dispute intake and tracking, research transactions, manage daily reports, prepare standard member communications, cross-train across card services functions, and escalate complex issues to senior staff while maintaining accurate records and high customer service.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and enterprise DataMarts, apply advanced SQL to transform disparate sources into well-modeled, high-quality datasets, ensure data governance and integrity, optimize performance, and partner with analysts and stakeholders to enable reliable reporting and analytics.

Process member account setup, maintenance, IRA and estate/deceased account requests. Produce member letters, manage records/mailroom, review trust/POA documents, support unclaimed property/subpoena processes, assist branch staff, answer support line calls, and perform related backup duties.
