Track and evaluate emerging LLM and AI research, assess models and techniques, build prototypes, and collaborate with engineers to deploy useful methods in client systems. Advise product direction, establish metrics for accuracy, reliability, and cost, and communicate research findings clearly. The role requires strong applied research, engineering, judgment, and communication skills in a fast-changing early-stage environment.

Own enterprise business development from pipeline creation through signed engagements. Build relationships with large enterprises, activate an existing executive network, identify high-value opportunities, lead senior stakeholder conversations, scope deliverable engagements with engineering teams, and shape sector focus and go-to-market strategy. The role requires strong commercial judgment, sector expertise, executive presence, autonomy, and a proven record of converting enterprise relationships into engagements.

Embeds with enterprise partners to understand workflows, identify automation opportunities, and build production systems end to end. Responsibilities include developing backend services, integrations, data pipelines, and operator interfaces; connecting ERP, CRM, warehouse, and legacy systems; managing reliability, observability, and performance; and working directly with senior business leaders. The role also contributes reusable tooling and patterns while deploying AI and automation solutions in real-world business environments.
