The Enterprise Architect aligns applications, platforms, and technology solutions with enterprise strategy, standards, and roadmaps. The role governs portfolio decisions, ensures cross-programme coherence, and leads complex application and database migration and modernization initiatives. Responsibilities include Azure cloud transformation, legacy modernization, cloud-native architecture, security and compliance, data readiness for analytics and AI, stakeholder engagement, technical leadership, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Supports insurance data governance, quality, reconciliation, lifecycle management, retention, archival, and regulatory compliance. Defines governance controls and data quality rules for finance transformation programs, validates policy, claims, and finance datasets, and helps establish a trusted single source of truth for financial reporting. Works with data architects, engineers, and business teams to ensure data is accurate, consistent, secure, complete, and audit ready.

Define and implement cybersecurity testing strategy, QA governance standards, maturity frameworks, remediation roadmaps, and audit-ready testing evidence. Drive automated, performance, and stress testing adoption across internal and third-party applications. Establish training, KPIs, OKRs, dashboards, and quality metrics while partnering with cybersecurity teams, control owners, risk stakeholders, and business leaders in a regulated banking environment.

Provides application support and IAM engineering within a global cybersecurity team.
