Leads end-to-end identity architecture across IGA, Active Directory, Entra ID, RBAC/ABAC, PKI, Conditional Access, CIEM, lifecycle automation, and identity threat protection. Owns discovery, architecture, governance, implementation oversight, technical escalations, and stakeholder leadership across hybrid IT/OT environments. Develops identity designs, security baselines, authentication strategies, role models, certificate lifecycle processes, and compliance controls while guiding multi-vendor delivery teams.

Implement, configure, integrate, and support SAP Digital Payments solutions across SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments. Responsibilities include configuring payment workflows, integrating PSPs and banks, supporting authorization, capture, refunds, settlement, tokenization, encryption, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, compliance audits, and end-to-end testing.

Lead technical knowledge-gap analysis and documentation for business-critical data platforms, initially focused on OBIEE and ODI. Map data lineage, ETL processes, dependencies, scheduling, transformations, and operational procedures. Create runbooks, process maps, recovery guides, wiki content, and training videos. Conduct structured knowledge-transfer sessions, mentor team members, troubleshoot technical issues, and identify opportunities to standardize processes, automate repetitive work, and reduce single points of failure.
