Supports physician recruitment administration by maintaining candidate records and job postings, coordinating schedules, managing communications and follow-up, organizing recruitment information, assisting internal partners, and protecting confidential records. Works under the direction of a Physician Recruiter while helping provide a timely and professional candidate experience.

Provides technical assistance to information systems users by testing applications, documenting procedures, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving hardware and application problems. Supports Windows client-server environments, printers, basic network configurations, and hardware/software operations while coordinating with end users and maintaining confidentiality.
